Chef Skillet Best Inc, public-facing as Chef Skillet Best, brings bold flavors to Charlotte from our home base at 5427 N Sharon Amity Rd. We smoke brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey leg and jerk leg quarters. We fry fish, shrimp, chicken baskets and wings in five flavors. We serve soul food sides that taste like Sunday.
